EMail Feature Sheet Products...Which do you use and why?
I notice a lot of Realtor feature sheets come through via EMail. I usually check them out to see what I think of the product and which ones stand out to me.
I like the way ListingWidget does not need a button pressed to see the photos. This catches my attention every time.
I saw something new today. I received an email flyer from Lara Owings in Calvert County. One of the services we receive in the MRIS area in the DC vicinity is List Hub. This product syndicates your listings to DOZENS of vendors. But what this agent did for FREE was clever. She emailed a link of the flyer page on List HUB to herself. Then sent it to a group of agents she has assembled over time that have interacted with her. In other words, she creates her own Listing Widget system.
FREE, Simple and Pretty. So I could write a quick note about my Victorian Huntingtown MD listing being a hot tamale this Spring and link to the ListHub page at http://listings.listhub.net/pages/MRIS/CA7292542/
