Realtor Jump Start Tips for Mac Book Proa Day One:
First, pay for the One on One Option and have the Apple Store transfer and set up your data.
Second, schedule One on One training for two hours when you pick it up instead of the Meet Your Mac concept to get more of your questions answered.
If you have a Power Mac, take a FULL version of Windows 7 64 bit disc.
Remember to install Norton due to Parallels and Windows programs.
Install Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, (old A2k), etc. on PC Parallels side.
Have Mobile Me ready for contacts. Have your EMail settings available. Have QB data on Flash.
TIP... instead of Control C and Control V for copy and paste, use the Command Key with C and V.
Change the Store Password and Background under Settings for Personal Photo Screensaver.
Learn how to work with photos in your session.
Set up Mail on Mac side.
Test Internet settings.
Data is shared between Mac and Parallels sides.
