I just read in Mac for Dummies that Mac Notebook widgets can be downloaded at www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard or better yet, on the Mac Book Pro , just Control Click, which is the concept of a PC Right Click to check out the Top Ten, Top Fifty, or Top Business.
HOT TIP: The F4 button at the top brings these Widgets up or shuts them down in a snap for ease of use.

At the top of the useful list....Searches for people, contacts, phone numbers, Google, and dictionary.
I also selected quote of the day, word of the day, Weather Channel, Wi Fi Finder, translation, flight information, movies, Milk the Cow, Sticky Notes, Wikipedia, Google Voice, iTunes Alarm Clock , You Tube, Google Earth, Web Clips, and even a Widget Organizer.
I found this many useful Mac Notebook Widgets right off the bat and I'm out of space! Bet there is even a solution for that!
