Another whole day of Realtor Tech Help in Southern Maryland...Well, first I was in a non stop sales flurry. Now I am in a nonstop Tech Help Mode. I have all my laptops printing again. I also have Adobe pdf working again. I have a new laptop on the way to replace the one that just crashed. I have the one that crashed on the way to HP to make sure it is funeral city. I am almost up and running again as in I can take appointments in a few days.
I am trying to import all my Agent Office Contacts into Outlook and use their new Personal Edition. I have always used Top Producer in the background for the CMA and lots of cool stuff that it does. But I like my contacts front and center on my laptop. So I finally faced the music the other day and called Moira Murphy at Emphasys Software and asked for help bringing over the data. The old Agent Office does not work with the new phones and I need to get the new iphone early next year. I may as well bite the bullet now. So data is coming over as we speak. I am really looking forward to getting back away from all the Geek stuff and going back to appointments in a few days. Meanwhile, tomorrow I have to get my cell to synch with the new Agent Office Personal Edition instead of Agent Office. I also need to learn to do all my contact entries on Outlook. There's no small learning curve tomorrow! Agent Office Personal Edition works with Settlement Room and they are looking into Docusign I believe. Lots to learn!
