Short Sale and Foreclosure Question: Do You Have an Answer for this Scenario? Here you go...do you have ideas with this set of facts and restrictions from Homeowner XYZ?
Homeowner XYZ lost her job a year ago and has run thru her resources. She has not paid her payment to Wells Fargo in a year. She has a first plus a second with a different company. She is upside down on her condo. In addition, she has serious health issues that preclude her from tackling the short sale paperwork requirements. She does not care if her credit is ruined for a decade or more. She does not want to see an attorney. She has not seen her accountant. She would like a Realtor to solve this problem. These are the facts that will not bend.
So here is the question: How can she stall longer to stay in her condo with hopes of getting a job soon? No foreclosure in six weeks, no short sale, just how does she buy time when she has exhausted time with her Lender?
