You may want one kind of no money down type loan but the home requires another loan such as a 203K rehab loan.
You may think one house is best for you but there are multiple offers and CASH may trump your very good offer on the property. On to the next Great Home.
You may want certain paprameters on a home and the one you love my have most of the items but not all of them.
Some decisions get made for you in Southern Maryland Real Estate. It's okay. Things happen for a reason. Sometimes you may not realize that this is the best thing for you. It is like the Garth Brooks song, "Thank God for Unanswered Prayers." Sometimes you just go with the flow and NO may be the best thing for you... believe it or not. Or the outcome may have been the last thing you ever expected but WOW are you glad after all.
