Sometimes it is the slightest adjustment to make your glasses fit or your Southern Maryland Realtor Systems tick...Okay, my glasses need to be tightened. I don't feel like fooling with it. They are readers which replaced my real glasses when I had Lasik. My Optician of many years passed away a year ago. Somehow, it is sad for me to handle this. I will get around to it. But meanwhile, think about how slight the adjustment is that makes them comfortable again. It is the same slight change that can make a difference in a Realtor system.

One slight change here and there can make a difference and that is why I am investing in the learning curve to make the transition. My plans the next week or so include hitting the Top Producer 8i learning DVD's regularly. Some of the new items like 24/7 website and service reports are that little difference that is a big difference just like the glasses adjustment.

I miss that I won't be able to pop in and see Dennis Herber and get my usual chuckle or two. I know his family misses him, too. His family and customers loved him to pieces. He could go on and on about politics and Redskins and this and that. But when you left his shop, you had always had a nice chat. So getting my glasses tightened was never a big deal. Now it is a big deal because it's just not fun anymore. Anyway, I need to put that on my to do list along with the 8i training sessions. They keep slipping down my nose and I need to be able to see those new learning DVD's.
