Sometimes you get it right, sometimes you get it wrong, and sometimes you get it BULLESEYE!
My friend "E" has been undergoing treatment for Ovarian Cancer about a year now.
She is at a good stage but the next couple of weeks she has to stay low and cannot come out much.
I was trying to think of something that would make her cheer up during this house hostage stage.
I finally had a eureka moment. I was on the Eastern Shore and there is a Citrus salmon salad at a restaurant called Fisherman's Inn that she adores.
I called her and asked if I brought one to her, which was about a ninety minute drive and then some, would she enjoy it.
I get it BULLSEYE dead right on this one. We scarfed down our salads and were two happy campers.
Sometimes you get it right, Sometimes you get it wrong, and sometimes you get it BULLESEYE!
