The RE/MAX 100 Mid February 2010 Sales Meeting Stats are upbeat and encouraging! We have an extra seven agents compared to January last year. Unemployment in Calvert in 5.7% which stacks up nicely against the rest of the Country. What about the Market Stats? Wow, we had 24 contracts last January versus 51 this January. We had 25 closed contracts last January versus 28 this year. We had 17 listings in the Dunkirk RE/MAX office last January versus 20 this year.
Spring is in the area and there is a nice ring to these Southern Maryland Stats which were presented at our RE/MAX 100 Dunkirk MD office this week.
