This Second Section of Southern Maryland Unsung Heroes and Heroines: Post 2 of a 7 part Series will cover businesses or self employed Professionals who are the 911 calls for my RE/MAX 100 Southern Maryland Real Estate Business. In otherwords, these are the Home Inspectors, the Plumber, the Electrician, the Yard Service Crew and so on who collectively make up the front line.
Let me give credit to the Southern Maryland Unsung Heroes and Heroines: Post 2 of a 7 part Series by first mentioning tha value or a pre listing home inspection or PRE EXAM which gives a Seller the heads up on what items may be required for a loan to be approved OR gives a Buyer the protection they need on their investment. For many years, I have suggested Dennis Holt, "My Home Inspector" who is in the trades and has decades of experience. I also suggest Amerispec since they have excellent computer generated photo supported reports that can be emailed for out of town clients.
Secondly, Southern Maryland Unsung Heroes and Heroines: Post 2 of a 7 part Series would need to include a compliment to my long term Plumber, Harry Gessford, at Gessford Plumbing. He comes at a moments notice the next morning or so for me and my clients. This is also true of Lou Baumann, Baumann Electric. Both of these subs worked for my Builder at Homes America for many years and come with many accolades that are well deserved.

He takes the Home Inspection checklist and goes to town so that your home wins the Beauty Contest to place it in the ten or so percent that are selling in each zip code per recent MRIS Market Reports. Wood Painting has a Home Improvement License. They always go the extra mile for smiles and speedier marketing time that result from handling the punch list up front.
