It's kind of like the Preacher. You just think he works on Sunday. What a job! Then when you get to know one pretty well you realize it's more like when are they not working? You just think it's when they are doing the sermons. But it's everything including the preparation that week that they also do. A Southern Maryland Realtor on the run is kind of the same. When we're not showing and selling homes, we are doing all the other things in the background to make a Business run and to promote and sell Southern Maryland Properties.

It kind of becomes a fly on the wall kind of event. Or for me, a Golden Retriever by my feet kind of glimpse into the work week. This week I revamped my 2010 Southern Maryland Listing Presentation on Powerpoint. I kept the www.SnagIt.com tool humming with NEW graphics of NEW 2010 Tech Tools I have introduced into my Southern Maryland RE/MAX 100 Real Estate Business. Which explains why the www.TransferBigFiles.com and www.Dropbox.com products might be a post next week! Or perhaps a post about www.Jing.com or www.Camtasia.com on how to do videos with the finished Powerpoint Product. Or why thinking about how much preparation an athlete or a preacher or a Realtor or anyone puts into their skill or craft is a post. Or why Valentine's Day Snoopy www.Hallmark.com ECards and snow, snow, snow are part of the cloud of my on line conversation this week. Or why running all my listings thru www.RealBird.com and www.TourFactory.com will be upcoming posts next week in this Southern Maryland Real Estate Blog. You know ,too, there will be a post about the Annapolis Home and Remodeling Show since that's one place I mentioned I am going to go! And let's not forget posts about the dog!
