One of our jobs as a Realtor is to be the YELLOW pages for vendors and small businesses when a family moves in to the Southern Maryland area. We have our tried and true subs and vendors and restaurants that we routinely use and also recommend from years of good service. It seems that I pass out more referrals than I can count in Southern Maryland! This brings up a good or Golden point! Even your pet needs a good recommendation.
I noticed an article in the Capital called "Ask a Vet." There is a website at www.petinsurancereview.com that compares different insurance programs for your pup. What a find! There are many good vets in Southern Maryland. My next door neighbors are two of the vets at Dunkirk Animal Hospital so my recent Goldens have been most comfortable with them. Riley Rover already knows them both from the 'hood in Chesapeake Beach....the beach and boardwalk! I also have gone to Prince Fredrick Animal Hospital over the years and had very good treatment there also.
