The Reader's Day Digest Synopsis of the 31 Days of December Challenge to Date is highlighted below. I am enjoying the other posts to see all the ideas across the country. I routinely use the month of December as a month to REV it up a few notches rather than to slack off. It's a time to work on my business if there is time available while not working in it as much due to the Holidays. So, heeeere'sssss Johnny.....just kidding. Here's the list to date. Some of these activities have been spread out over several days. Some have been repositioned to other days. But no matter how you slice and dice it, these are the ways I have been working on my Southern Maryland Real Estate Business the first half or the 31 Days of December. P.S. This is in addition to showings, settlements, listing appointments and the regular activities.

13. Research, write up, and do marketing activities for my new Chesapeake Beach MD Rehab Listing,
12. Purchase and Deliver just under a dozen Door Knob Holiday Decorations and scatter them on doors around my marketplace on the way home.
11. Laptop Reload and Clean and DeClutter Day! Hey, someone's gotta do it and the someone is me!
10. Purchase and Deliver almost a dozen and a half loaves of bread from The Great Harvest Bread Company and deliver them on doorsteps around my marketplace on the way home. Biggest decision...who gets the white chocolate cherry, the wheat orange cranberry or the apple cinnamon swirl.

9. Docusign Glitch Repaired with a Simple Load and Reload of the iPAD application. A HUGE Win! Makes my Business truly mobile with esignatures for 2011.
8. iPAD app reserach, eliminate, and add application DAY on my Dad's iPAD and mine. Practice, Practice so by Spring the iPAD usage is all old hat.
7. Check out www.epropertysites.com
6. Work on www.rbintel.com graphs and stats for 2011 Southern Maryland Market Reports.

5. Check out www.MapsAlive.com. Compile summary of My Favorite 31 Day Challenge Ideas to date.
4. Clean up after Wreath Party and extend invitations to whomever missed it to come make a Wreath with me!
3. WREATH PARTY DAY! Cook, clean, host, and clean up again for my Annual Wreath Making Dinner Party for clients, friends, family, coworkers, neighbors etc.
2. Research the new Nikon Oprah's Things Camera and compared to Sony...Wreath Party Prep Madness.
1. When the contest had just begun, I was in Annual Wreath Party Prep Mode. Shop, clean, invite stuff.

What's left? The BIG Stuff! I load laptops in December or July. This year it falls in December. I had the blue screen of death on one. The other just kept turning off every 25 minutes. The other was on it's last leg. So they ALL got wiped out and I am reloading them the next few weeks while everyone has Holiday Eggnog and Santa on their minds.
I also have to work on my database. Pat Zaby said in his class one day that he dared one of us to work on our database and it not lead to sales. I'll take that dare! I have to stop using Agent Office because the iPHONE switch this Spring means no more old Palm Treo with Agent Office database. It's full time 8i or switch to Emphasys for their Outlook add on. The jury is still out on this. It's a big decision and I am taking my time with it.
I also have to load Turbotax and work on cleaning out files. The Paperwork has to get done before New Years.

I drop off wreaths through out the month. The stuff is on the porch and ready to roll as a great homemade gift idea for clients and friends.
I also clean closets. That means out with the old, in with the new. That means FREE FLEA with me. Go read about it! You'll love FLEAS with me!

December, HO, HO, HO, is a month with lots of GO, GO, GO!
