Well, even though I swore I would never do it ONCE let alone TWICE, along comes that one and only situation that makes me realize never say never.
So, here are my top ten things to my Mystery... about to be Mentored... Agent.
1. Study website links www.GoldenResults.com, Powerpoint for Buyers and Sellers on issuu.com/GoldenResults or Slideshare.com/GoldenResults , my blog entries on activerain.com/blogs/goldenresults, the 2010 NAR Profile of Buyers and Sellers 2010, and any email links in my signature line . Start stalking my blog and tweets and facebook links to learn . Listen to Brinton CD’s on iPOD.
2. Review my PROCESS Spreadsheet to learn flow of how I process sales and listings. Develop a filing System.
3. Use my Tech products so you can see how they work one by one. Training on remax.com is available.
4. Order cards, signs, supplies, and get website set up. Plan first pop by.
5. Make list of 100 people in your sphere of influence who would send you business. Enter in database.
6. Check with Manager on 6 month Mentor System I will do with you.
7. Pick your Niche. You can be a better YOU than anyone else.
8. Plunge in to Floor Time, Open Houses, Expireds, FSBO’s etc.
9. Set up Time with a few agents you admire. Swap time or do Opens for them. They all have something valuable to teach.
10. Pray and work hard every day.
