This week's Tech Tips from a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run! Here's the Cliff Notes version of what I researched this week and it is a list hard to beat! I may make the transition from Agent Office to Top Producer this Spring and here are some of my discoveries along the way as I researched this plus here are other Realtor Tech Topics I explored this week.
This week's Tech Tips from a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run! The Big Kahuna is that Top Producer has lead integration from Agent Image, Real Pro, Realtor.com and Tour Factory. Now if that does not stop you in your tracks, go back and explore these products and you can see why I am so "Yippee Skipee" about this tech tidbit. All my leads from many websites can all route to one manageable contact management system. And Top Producer can import a new set of data for me for $75 that brings the program up to date without destroying my current information. Then there is also the hint of the forthcoming iPhone application. I learned that you can capture the url of the School and Neighborhood reports in Top Producer which will be a fabulous addition for Neighborhood Posts and Market Reports in Southern Maryland. The old Palm does have the leads generated as a search button while on the road. I know Top Producer has lead Source capability, but my project this week since all the leads are from Wolfnet, my IDX Provider, is to find out if Top Producer can differentiate the sources or better yet can Wolnet? Wolfnet has a new upgraded back end program arriving this Spring that will have viewings per listing. I need to see if it can or maybe if Visistats can isolate all the web leads from the different sources.
This week's Tech Tips from a Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run! The second big FIND for this Southern Maryland Realtor were ideas on how to do rock em sock em Neighborhood and Market Reports. Follow my posts this week to see my progression on cooler Google Maps with custom branding, You Tube Search Stories, and Excel Charts to Graph format instructions for blogging, plus Picnik and Beyond. What is next week's big tech challenge? Pulling everything together I learned this week and getting a smooth flow going for doing market and neighborhood reports in 12-16 zip codes in Southern Maryland. Mona Lisa will have nothing on me ..that's how neat my NEW Reports will be. Oh, and I forgot, I am going to be using Craig's List to push Market Snapshots and the Featured Listings and best searches in my websites. Want to know how because that is a Realtor WOW?
