Thursday accomplishments...I will accomplish the following items Thursday...This is called the power of positive thinking. These are the things I have to accomplish Thursday after I pick up my techie guru Nephew and whisk him to Mosquito Gulch for five hours of nonstop tech learning and implementing new tech stuff for my Real Estate Business. Mind you, we will plug in the new GPS and get the hang of that new tool while bopping around.
First, we are going to go to a new rehab listing I have in the beach and re shoot the listing photos on my NEW d3100 Nikon with him at my side teaching me. I am also going to film it on the new HD Flip Video. Then we are going to shoot some neighborhood photos of Chesapeake Beach MD. Then it's time to dash home and download the photos and prepare them for when I do the paperwork and use tools such as Real Bird and Tour Factory etc. this coming weekend.
Sneak Preview, low 200's tip top condition 3BR 1 BA walking distance to the Chesapeake Bay Rehabbed Rambler is about to hit the Southern Maryland market.
Next we are going to download my database into gmail. After getting it on Mobile Me, which auto syncs on my iPAD everythime I enter a new contact in to Outlook (YOWZA!) , he should figure this out pretty easily. Then I am going to practice on Skype and also doing text messages. Oh, and I need him to change the ink on a printer I have not changed before...as in uh oh.
So, I will be brilliant at the end of the day. That's about the time I have to submit an offer on a home I showed this evening. That's also when I have to run my Geek Nephew down to the community college with a Starbucks stop. Hey, it runs in the family.
Then Sylvester shows up. He is my cleaning TEN. He is one cleaning machine. He has been tearing up Mosquito Gulch for a couple of weeks and cleaning it until it sparkles. It even smells clean. While he cleans, I attack the paperwork pile.
So, Thursday evening, I will be smarter, Mosquito Gulch will be cleaner, and an offer will be in the works in Owings MD. Hopefully, the Paperwork pile will be smaller.
I hope there is enough left on me to play on the iPAD at night.
I forgot, I have to run Riley Rover by the Golden Arches to get his plain Dollar Sundae so he remains an ANGEL. I thas been several weeks of plain vanilla ice cream at McD's, and several weeks of idyllic GOLDEN behavior. A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.
