Well, I am in the hang of doing a post a day after the thirty day blogging contest, so what is today's Real Estate topic in Southern Maryland?
I could elaborate on the neat waterfront property I showed in Lusby MD OR I could write about the Calvert County Fair this coming Weekend OR I could mention that there seem to be multiple contracts on that five percent of homes that do sell in each zip code OR I could write about the iPAD research I have been doing OR I could say "Sweet Dreams" and call it a day for today.
