What are the top ten 2010 products I have discovered or embraced or incorporated or maintained in to my Southern Maryland Real Estate Business? Hands down, I know number one. So let's run through the rest and come up with a list of the best. By the way, what are your top ten favorite 2010 Tech Tools and Products or new discoveries or implementation of products that have helped your run your Real Estate Business?
Off the top of my head, here are my "I'd rather fight than switch" 2010 Realtor tools.
1. iPAD, hands down, no question. I am glad about my iPAD. It's the Cartwheel Realtor Tool of the Year. And the rest of the BEST.....
2. Real Bird Property Flyers and Blogging Tools
3. Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanner
4. Flip Video Camera
5. Tour Factory Videos
6. Mobile Listing ID Text Photo Listing Information
7. Kindle Subscription, which I now use more on the iPAD than the Kindle Reader. Business Books on the run are fun.
8. www.Picnik.com and www.iClipArt.com for Blogging Visuals.
9. One for fun...MOG Music Channel on the iPAD ...along with countless other iPAD apps.
10. MiFi to keep the iPAD and laptops (up to five devices) up and running.
11. Okay, Golden Results mean Golden Results. Number Eleven would easily be the new www.RBIntel.com blogging stats for Market Reports in the MRIS D.C. area.
