I liked the impact of interest rates concept. For exampe, 1 point difference in rates is 50K in buying power. Two points is 100K. One half point is 25K loss in buying power. That resonated with me.

Google yourself! Consider a 365 things to do in (your Neighborhood) list. Look up Tweetdeck.com, twellow.com, pr.com and hootsuite.com. Look at hitwise.com and comscore charts. Are you listing a property or marketing a property? Has the Market stablized is important verbiage. Max Pigman has more information on MaxPigman.com and also on Facebook for Realtors. I loved seeing his ipad and the FREE listing presentation demonstrated on that device.
