What did the RE/MAX 100 Agents see on House Tour this week Feb 2, 2010 in Southern Maryland? Here's a bird's eye view of the new Southern Maryland listings we visited. The goal each week is to learn inventory, assess condition for needed improvements, analyze pricing, and improve our knowledge of the Southern Maryland Housing market.
We visited 930 Leesburg Court Huntingtown MD 20639 first. This group of RE/MAX 100 Agents conservatively sell a SIZABLE market share of the Southern Maryland Homes. Year End Stats come out in a month or so, but to get this much attention viewing listings is a great step toward getting your home SOLD! What stopped me in my snow tracks on this first home was location and setting for under $300K in Huntingtown MD 20639.
Talk about a winter wonderland. It is a beautiful location. Just imagine it in the Spring, too!
The next Southern Maryland House Tour Listing was located at 411 Westlake BLVD Prince Frederick MD 20678. I would have to say that what I liked best about this property offered at $229,000 was the convenient location to Prince Frederick shopping and restaurants for an affordable price. We're all smiles about this!
The final listing today was located at 2970 St.Leonard Road Port Republic MD 20676. It is really unique. It has income producing buildings and spaces PLUS a three acre parcel of land for a home building site all for $375,000. Income producing land for your home! You can tell this had our attention as Robin Whitman introduced her new listing!
