Do you prefer Two Step or One Step Listing Presentations? I switched! I used to do one step listing presentations, but switched to two step and seem to prefer it! I like to hit Outback with my folks once a week right when it opens at 4PM and get the corner booth. Afterwards, I hit the same listing appontment two weeks in a row. OK, it's either about the Blooming Onions or the through research time! Which do you prefer?
