The list goes on but it becomes very obvious that it takes a village to make the Southern Maryland Real Estate Process flow smoothly
Post 3 of a 7 part Series Southern Maryland Unsung Heroes and Heroines needs to mention the RE/MAX 100 Office Staff. Christa is the one answering the phones and keeping 40 plus agents organized. There is an in house Lender, Patrick Dodson, with Suntrust who goes to the moon and back to do a nice job. Our Management Staff operates as a TEAM so there is always someone to give a hand and keep us informed and running efficiently.
Post 3 of a 7 part Series Southern Maryland Unsung Heroes and Heroines would not be complete without mentioning Dennis and Einhorn. I have done settlements with them for twenty five years and counting. They are efficient and service oriented. A settlement is roughly an hour in most cases and it's well handled.
Post 3 of a 7 part Series Southern Maryland Unsung Heroes and Heroines also needs a shout out to Brandon Harrington with Harrington Appraisers. He is an Appraiser in Southern Maryland for many years who knows his stuff...period. Whenever I do a Competitive Price Analysis on a home, he is my last call to be my algebra check that I researched the property correctly. Year after year, we are roughly $5,000 apart or so on each property. Otherwise, I go back to the drawing board to make sure we are in alignment on the EXTENSIVE research that I provide.

Certified Companies does a nice job on well and septic tests. Also, Affordable Radon and Basements Unlimited have done a great job this past year on a few cases. Cotton's Septic does a very thorough septic report and inspection. I also use Dennis Holt, My Home Inspector , or Amerispec as a recommended source for various tests.
