What I Realtor learned this week since I was busy NOT posting about it a PEEP!
Okay, let me catch up and share what I learned.
Boy, a good Market Analysis takes a lot of focus and prep and research and TIME.
We earn our keep and what I know for sure is after studying, researching, and immersing myself in the numbers, some price just jeeps out at the very beginning, middle and end and that is the number to keep.
The yearly Seller and Buyer Presentations take a week each year to review, tweak and post.
The year is off to a good Southern Maryland start. About half the agents in a crowded room raised their hands when asked if we have already had multiple contracts on listings to start off the year. Mine was up, too !
That catches you up on what has been up all week! Well, almost. Here is my cliff hanger.
Top Producer is letting me beta test their new upcoming gmail integration and suffice it to say I think it is really, really neat.
