When in a crisis, latch on to a TV Producer...or a Realtor...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Realtor....I saw this Oprah show quite a few years back that always stuck with me. A comment was made that in a crisis, the person would have latched on to a TV Producer. I remember thinking, and still do, that I would have latched on to a Local Realtor. So here's the what, why, when, where, and how of that belief.
When in a crisis, latch on to a TV Producer...or a Realtor...Ramblings of a Southern MarylandRealtor....First of all, Realtors have an over, under and around the fence concept of getting things done. Can't is not a vocabulary word and please look it up and explain it to me. Second, we are like the local yellow pages. I think that is my second job description. Third, we know a lot of folks. Surprises even me. Six degrees of separation? It's less for us. Fourth, we get to the finish line because we depend on it. There is no doubt in my mind that given a crisis, I want to be around some local Realtor wherever I am. That Realtor is going to get the job done or the crisis averted, period. And if for some reason that does not turn out to be the case, turn to this Realtor in Southern Maryland to see why my beliefs are so ingrained about these concepts.
I enjoyed this video at the D.C. Rain Camp this week. I would have had a new elevator ordered in the time it took them to gripe about it. Just kidding, but not by much.
