On the Road Again Realtor Fridays in Southern Maryland is the real deal. On Tuesday ( House Tour Day) and Fridays I hit the roads and do first step "see and take notes" listing appointments, second step follow ups, miscellaneous appointments and errands, buyer showings and whatever requires wheels. The Jeep and I stay on the Southern Maryland roads and end up at a quick EARLY dinner before the crowds most Fridays.
I have "work in my business and work on my business" kind of days. Work on includes Quickbooks, Paperwork, Phone calls Galore, Projects and a sit at my desk til it all gets done regimen. Work in can be showing properties, listing properties, and the Starbucks and Penera quick Jeep Stops in between.
So today this Southern Maryland Golden Gal plus her Jeep will easily be seen at Starbucks, Panera, showing two homes, doing an inspection and lastly, an Outback stop before I be-bop back to do a little more "work on" rather than "work in" my business stuff.
