YoHoo...Can you hear me NOW in Southern Maryland? I wrote a post yesterday about what I was doing as a Realtor on the Run in Southern Maryland. Talk about the least favorite , most horrible part of running a Real Estate Business, it was getting up to speed on Quickbooks after being a decade long Quicken user. I made several dozen pages of cheat sheet notes so when my Dad's Bookeeper is not with me, I can plod, not sail ..mind you, along. So after all that pain and two days of nonstop Quickbooks, I offered my notes up on Active Rain. Hey, Shack Diva wrote and requested them with the same sound of Quickbooks anguish I know so well. Then another agent requested them.

It was a gentleman who needed pricing on a lot where he needed to rebuild a modular that had been lost to fire recently.
