You have to kiss a few toads to get the Realtor Database Prince (ess) Solution!
Sometimes you cannot do the old TV commercial routine of "I would rather fight than switch" even one day longer.
The new phone technology has meant you have to leave your old database technology at the curb.
More simply put, you have to kick it to the curb even though after decades of use it feels like BIG comfy slippers.

I did all this Database Change Decision and Selection while kicking, screaming and with lots of GROWLS.
So the decision is made and this week was a turning point when I got another good tech rep on Top Producer 8i who just LISTENED and then solved my 8i Mobile problem.
If I have to narrow down the word to why 8i it is SERVICE.
SERVICE as in I need to be tutored because Campus loses me as a teaching mechanism. I want a tutor who answers my own questions LIVE and TP does this as I learn a step one step at a time.
SERVICE as in I want all my iphone and iPAD gadgets to ALL work mobile not just one. Now I have a BETA version on the extra devices. Sure, I have to send in my mouthy two cents but I will gladly do that to be up and running on iPAD1 and iphone (New!) and maybe BLUSH iPAD2.
SERVICE as in ...I need 8i to bring my database over, help fix this glitch, explain this, and the list goes on and on.
Sure they have cutting edge technology features sure they have this and that but at the end of the day, what makes my day, and what made my decision to use them for my full time NEW Database Solution is down to one word...SERVICE.

Decision made, it is 8i for the technology and even more important for the SERVICE. When it comes to your database, and you realize that your Database IS your Business, then SERVICE for your most valuable asset in your Business is the TOP PRODUCER choice.
Now, let me go enter my pile of backlogged contacts while I was trying to decide which product I was going to use. It is a big PILE so I will be at this a while.
