Selling a house in Southern Maryland deserves a Vendor "Shout Out" plus praise and thanks to ALL the small companies who help transform that home for sale in Southern Maryland into the Beauty Contest Winner it needs to be to have a successful sale and closing. I want to thank Dennis Holt, My Home Inspector, for his thorough punch lists before the homes go on the market. Also, a big thanks to Keith Wood from Wood Paining, who takes this list and does a hug worthy job of tackling the to do items plus transforming the homes from drab to fab. Gordon Bryant, from Gordon's Lawn Service, has never let me down in almost 20 years of yard work...nope, NEVER. I also want to thank Lou Baumann, from Baumann Electric, who comes whenever electrical work is needed and then does it very, very well. Harry Gessford, from Annapolis Plumbing, just chaged his vacation departure plans to make sure a small plumbing job got done. Steve Young, from Central Air has also never, never let me down.
