I have a lot listing and the Buyer who loves it and wants it. I have found 35% down on a lot loan . I need 25% or less for this client on the lot for about a year. Then he can do a construction loan at the end of the year after his house has sold. It will take 6-9 months to get permits so that is the lag time until lot loan settlement. He has 40K to work with on the $169,900 lot.
