Thirty Reasons in any Season to Hire Cheryl Ritchie as your Southern Maryland Realtor!
As we count down the TWELVE days to Christmas, it occurred to me that it would be fun, challenging, and unique to write a "Thirty Reasons in any Season to Hire Cheryl Ritchie RE/MAX 100 as your Southern Maryland Realtor!" Blogging series.
The next few weeks there are top tech list posts (here's my top ten 2010 tech tools for Realtors!) and top this and top that posts. So here is my stash a day reasons or my elevator ride chat with you on why you would choose me to successfully market your home, purchase a home, or handle any Southern Maryland Real Estate Referrals to do so with Golden (as in Gold means SOLD) Results. This includes Southern Maryland Land and Lots because I sure have LOTS of great building sites in my Southern Maryland Real Estate inventory.
Number one hands down, I never, never, never quit. PERSISTENCE!!! I wrote this first post for the" Thirty Reasons in any Season to Hire Cheryl Ritchie as your Southern Maryland Realtor!" the other day before I had this series brainstorm. It's a story about a Chem Lab Professor I had at Virginia Tech. Business Majors had to have a little Science Credit, too. Just like Staples has an EASY Button, I have a NEVER QUIT Button.
I like how Oprah said she could be a better Oprah than a Barbara Walters any day. Everybody has their talents. Mine is that I go until I get that SOLD sign rider posted on the property OR you get the keys to your new Home OR you get a satisfied referral client in Southern Maryland.

These Southern Maryland Monthly Market Stats will engage Buyers and Sellers in the process and guide them to me via monthly value added posts. Not to mention all the Hyper Local Business and Community Posts that I write for the same reason but I am getting ahead of myself to Day three.
I also am submitting this idea to the 31 Days of December Business Challenge as Day 17 and 18 of the Real Estate Business Activiites that I am doing during the Holidays to prepare and rev up 2011! That has thirty days of things during the slow time I have done to have a busy 2011. Day 17 and Day 18 have been Baked Bread OR Jingle Bell Door Knob Decoration Thank You Deliveries for Past and Current Clients, Family, Friends and Coworkers. Every body's home has a Jingle, Jingle, Jingle when the front door opens OR smells like Candy Cane, White Chocolate and Cherries and Cinnamon when you walk through today!
P.S. So does my Jeep and I sure hope the fragrance keeps!
