Southern Maryland RE/MAX 100 House Tour Tuesdays are a valuable recurring scheduled item in the weekly adventures of this Southern Maryland Realtor. Last week, a crew of the RE/MAX 100 Agents visited four new Southern Maryland home and lot listings. Since we mostly coincidently visited Waterfront and Waterview and Water Oriented Southern Maryland Listings, crew is the appropriate term! I also made up a few homes I had missed seeing on Southern Maryland House Tour during the Holidays. This ritual enables us to learn inventory, pricing, and locations plus provides valuable feedback to our Seller Clients on pricing and needed repairs. You couldn't be in Southern Maryland without first seeing this kind of scene. A man, a dog and his boat.
This $349,900 property we viewed was located at 506 DEALE RD, DEALE, MD 20751 . It's a shack, no kidding, but in addition it is a really neat old boathouse type structure. Then in addition to the Shack, you get the pier and the very picturesque property to build your home across the street.
The next home was my new listing on 6014 Allwine Avenue in Mason Beach in Deale Maryland for $425K. The agents lined up to see it and and gasped at the first room we entered.
The next home was located at 1178 MAPLE AVE, SHADY SIDE, MD 20764. The surroundings were breathtaking. And you're talking a water oriented community called Cedarhurst on the Bay just an hour outside of Washington D.C at a little over the 200K price range point for $214,500. Unbelievable!
We finished with a home overlooking a creek in Chesapeake Beach located at 7726 OLD BAYSIDE RD, CHESAPEAKE BEACH, MD 20732 for $380.000. Hands down, the view off the back of the home was a beauty.
I visited two more homes I missed seeing over the Holidays. Again, the view was stun gun on this Waterfront Home located on 1765 TWIRLY CT, PRINCE FREDERICK, MD 20678 for just under 1.1M.
The last home of the day was located near a home I sold a few years back. The setting is what strikes you most. The neighborhood entrance to 1148 LAKE RIDGE DR, SUNDERLAND, MD 20689 for $399,900 says it all.
