One tip caught my eye in particular about a product called Qipit.

Of course, you can hear my wail across the United States that Verizon does not have the IPhone. Nor does Agent Office or Top Producer support the iphone yet. An even bigger problem. Wail!@#$^&*( But I can dream Golden! This would turn me into Jane Bond. I could scan a House Location Survey or whatever and presto get the real deal later at the office. Until Verizon adds the IPhone, I am just going to add this to my list of Iphone apps that fascinate me in Southern Maryland.

Why don't you grab the Motorola Droid with Verizon... it's Android based and some might say (like me) that it's better then the iPhone. It will have all the apps you need for real estate.

I would rather sympathize with your great dog, who does not understand that the very first thing on your list on snowy days is:
"take dog for cold, dangerous, slippery, snowy, & windy Walk."
you should have had our Beagle-Basset who made human-like choices of 'if it is cold, dark, wet or windy--go out for use of facilities and then come back in & make a bee-line for the blanket on the couch. LOL [he was 1 of 5, most all followed his lead] Safe walking or is it pulling; stay on your feet; enjoy the cosy feeling of being inside rather than out. LOL

I am really fascinated by the iphone more than the Droid. It is a thought but that does not work with Agent Office either.

Qipit is an iphone application mentioned in the ABR newsletter that enables you to snap a photo and come back and have a good copy of the doc you just snapped with the smart phone camera.
What sells you on the iPhone over the Droid? (or any android phone)
