Tuesday ...Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...Well, in Southern Maryland, the happening thing in Real Estate is the RE/MAX 100 Calvert County House Tour. The caravan was up to over 20 agents I would say on this Pre Spring Day. The focus each week is to evaluate proper pricing and make staging suggestions on new listings and learn the Calvert County Housing inventory. Today we saw six new listings and wow are there some good buys on the Southern Maryland Market.
Tuesday ...Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...After House Tour, I had two appointments with Clients and then back to return calls and emails PLUS set up a new website from my Tour Factory Virtual Tour Vendor. Check it out in a few days! It has my Virtual Tour solds plus actives on www.CherylRitchie.net. Still working on completing the site. One other appointment and a customary stop at Panera for their iced tea and Starbucks for their Latte puts icing on a nice day. I stopped the Jeep and took photos of cows looking at me and me looking at them look at me. And photos of YEEAAAAAHHHHHH daffodils and new listings, too. Every day ends with blogging and Social networking site visits for a little over an hour. The folks I meet doing this!
Tuesday ...Southern Maryland Realtor on the Run...includes plans to soon move my www.caringbridge.org free website for my Friend, "E" to a Private Facebook site so when she gets back to her home from her operation she can interact with all her friends and coworkers. I think that will be some of the best meds that can be. She seems to really enjoy all the posts that I read to her almost daily. It's a great site if you have a friend or family member that will be in the hospital etc. for a while. Facebook will be the next natural transition when she can interact again via her laptop.
