Tuesday and Fridays are my run the Southern Maryland Roads days...Ramblings of a Realtor on the Run! There is an ebb and flow to the week after a few decades of being a Southern Maryoland Realtor on the run. Mondays are call days. They are nonstop calls to be more precise. Tuesday and Fridays are run the road days. Sunday is a day of rest. Saturday is free fall as in anything goes. Thursday is hodge podge this and that. Wednesday is Project Day. As in work in your business not on. Projects. So tomorrow is Quickbooks. Today was run the roads, just like Friday will be.

Tuesday is automatically Tour Day or Monthly Meeting Day so the day starts and ends on the road. Today, after the monthly meeting, I had a quick salad at Chesapeake Grille in Dunkirk MD with a lifetime friend and then scooted down to see a home I need to do a Price Workout for this week. I really research them. I had just done a CMA yesterday in the same zip code, Port Republic, so that will help with the research on this second one.

This Friday is show a bunch of homes, do an open house in Deale, MD on Allwine Avenue, do a Seller Monthly Meeting, or price update, and the list goes on. Somewhere in there, Riley Rover needs to go to the vet. Don't tell him, he may hide under the bed.

Oh, I forgot to mention, hodge podge this week means my Nephew is coming over to hone some of my Photoshop and Camera skills. His name is a prize winner each year at the County Fair so I am getting a great teacher on this. Plus, I bribed him with telling him I would disclose all the new tech tools I have learned on Active Rain like Dropbox, Carbonite and even the new VClone Iomega Product I cannot wait to get my hands on fast enough.
P.S. I have FIVE (Land Sakes Alive) new listings coming in Southern Maryland in the affordable $300 range. Everyone is fixing up so they are gorgeous when they hit the market. Two are in Port Republic, MD, one is in Chesapeake Beach, MD, one is in Prince Frederick, MD, and one is in Lusby, MD. In otherwords, I have new listings from the Northern end to the Southern end of Calvert County hitting the market over the next few weeks. Sounds like you are a busy lady! Laughing at Riley hiding under the bed. I swear our Mouse (Mouse was our Yorkie) KNEW when it was Vet time vs just a ride and he would get under the bed and it was heck getting him out. Have a fun and productive time on the road.
