I used it as a backup and mostly for their CMA program many years. Now I am focusing more on it more because of the service they provide and also because of their new trendy tech tools.
Top Producer 8i Favorites...Ramblings of a Southern Maryland Real Estate Agent on the Run...8i actually has an integration with Facebook and Twitter so I can see recent tweets and remarks from my friends and clients as I am talking to them on the phone. I like their 24/7 website with a checklist of items I have completed for each client. I also like the MLS integration for listings and the action plans and the flyers on the run. So in my spare time, uh huh, I have been burning the midnight oil learning how to use 8i via training CD's and the Roku and the Top Producer Campus and the SOS help button and just by calling and asking a million questions.

Great post Cheryl; I've been hounding them for almost a YEAR to get a mobile app developed for Android or even iPhone for that matter. I love their product but their lack of a mobile app is killing me right now.
