What's up with all the mop up, clean up and tidy up of old Active Rain Posts? And pray tell why? Okay, it has occurred to me at 300,000 points and blogging away that I need to go back and make an excel chart of my old posts and do some post clean up. Why? Okay, pray tell, here you go:
Improved SEO tips and tricks such as 2-4 links out
Spell check
Photos and clip art and centering properly that I learned along the blogging way
Resource of post locations to send links to questions asked and to easily locate to reference in new posts
Pride in my work
But my question before I tackle this project is, what items would you also add to this list so it can all be done in one fell swoop? What's up with all the mop up, clean up and tidy up of old Active Rain Posts? Let's Brainstorm this Active Rain idea!

This sounds like a big project. 300,000 points and lots of blogs.
Yes I agree. Then I see the uh oh improvements I could make to improve my begininng BLUSH posts.
One of the things I heard at RainCamp was to make sure that each post had at least one photo and 3 outgoing links (NOT reciprocal links). Also, (hope I understood this properly), to use your tag or marketing phrase that you're trying to rank for on Google in the title line for your photos, as it will be hidden and not as obtrusive in the reading of the post, but the web crawler will still pick it up. So if your target phrase was hard to "fit in" to your copy, you can add a couple more photos and hide your phrase there...
Cheryl, I've started cleaning up the old blogs......it's going to take lots of time.
Good Advice. I better learn to do it right the first time.
